Vitamin C Smoothie

Start the new year with this yummy Vitamin C smoothie. Veggies and fruits unite in this refreshing concoction, full of vitamins A and C to keep your body energized and healthy. The anti-inflammatory effect from the turmeric rounds out this delicious smoothie in colorful style.



Ingredients

1tsp Ground or Fresh Turmeric

2 Carrot

1 Orange Bell Pepper

100g Apricots

250ml Orange Juice





Preparation

Using a hand blender, finely puree all the ingredients (turmeric, carrot, apricots and orange juice) together. Add ice if desired.
