Welcome 2025!

Hi everyone,

As we start a new year, I wanted to reshare the results of the Harvard Happiness study. In this 80+ year study, Harvard researchers were seeking the answer to what makes a happy life. The answer? Well, it turns out it isn't career success, fame, or financial wealth...

The conclusion was that close relationships are what keep people happy throughout their lives. And they also found that close relationships have a surprising correlation to our physical health. Want to be happy and healthy? Focus on cultivating strong personal ties with the people who love and support you.

As somebody who's lived and worked in almost 20 countries over the span of the past 20 years, I witness myself how the constant change of my social circle impacted my personal wellbeing. I am grateful that the past four years I called Greece my home. A country where personal and family relationship are unconventionally close and rooted deeply within the society. For 2025, I will continue to put more focused intention into cultivating my personal relationships. You?

How to start? Do this free assessment https://www.positiveintelligence.com/saboteurs/ to learn more about the saboteurs and how they might impact you or the people around you.

Then join one of my upcoming groups to learn how saboteurs are best dealt with, and how the sage mode will have a powerful impact into your life.

In next week's newsletter I will explain how the judge saboteur and his 9 accomplice saboteurs impact people's life. If not you, then certainly the people around you.

Till then, have a fantastic start into 2025

Matthias
